  1. First make a batter with oats powder,semolina,curd,water salt.keep aside to rest for few minutes
  2. Take a pan.add oil,add mustard seed till they splutter.add red chilli,curry leaves,onion, chopped tomatoes,and cook for a minute.
  3. Add chopped beetroot and coriander leaves.mix well
  4. Top Add all the vegetables and moong sprouts and mix well
  5. Add a tsp of salt,red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala
  6. Add the cooked mixture in batter.adf a sachet of eno and mix well
  7. Take silicon muffins mould.Add some filling at the base.top it up with the batter and microwave for 3 mins
