- Heat a nonstick tava, grease with some ghee or butter.
- Add the roti sandwich, flip and grill on low-medium heat from both sides, until golden brown and crisp.
- Repeat the same process with the other two rotis.
- Cut into meat quarters. Serve hot with ketchup.
