- Add ground onion paste, mix it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Stir it.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chole masala and mix it and cook it for half minutes on medium flame. Stir it well.
- Add tomato paste and mix it properly.
- Cook it for 1 minutes on low flame and stir well.
- Add soaked white chickpeas and mix it.
- Add 1 and half cup water, stir it and add salt, garam masala powder and mix it.
- Cover the lid of pressure cooker properly. Keep the flame on low medium. Cook it for 5 whistles.
- After 5 whistles, turn off the flame. Let the pressure cooker cool down completly. - Open it carefully and stir well. Add some coriander leaves and mix well. - Serve hot !
