- Take oats in a food processor and process it to fine - flour. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Drain the chickpeas into a strainer and save the liquid.
- Take the chickpeas, salt, garlic, and onion powder into the - food processor; and pulse until crumbly. Keep mixture in the food processor.
- Whisk the chickpea liquid until foamy. Now add this foamy liquid with processed oat flour into the food processor and mix well until the mixture starts rolling and forms a ball.
- Take small portions of lemon size balls and shape each into - nuggets.
- Coat with the mixture of breadcrumbs, chilli, flakes and - Italian herbs(optional).
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Bake prepared nuggets until crispy for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Chickpea Nuggets are ready to serve. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
