- Day 4. Bananas/ skimmed milk/ soup!!!! Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and as many glasses of skimmed milk as you can on this day, along with your soup!!
- Day 5. Beef or Chicken/ tomatoes/Water you may have as much as 10 to 20 oz of beef or chicken and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes, on this day. Try and drink as much as 6-8 glasses of water, eat soup at least twice today!!
- Day 6. Beef/ Veggies (orfish/chicken instead of beef) Eat till your hearts content of meat and veggies this day! have 2-3 steaks with leafy greens, have atleast 1 bowl of soup !
- Day 7. Rice/Fruit juice/Veggies Brown rice,unsweetened fruit juices and veggies again stuff,stuff,stuff yourself. Dont forget about your soup!!!
- If at the end of your 7th day, you have not cheated on your diet ! you will find that you will have lost 10-17 pounds!!!! if youfound youhave lost more stay off the diet for 1-2 days before resuming the diet from day #1
