  1. Mix herbs, pepper, salt and garlic sriracha. Apply to both sides of fish.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking pan with non-stick foil and spray with Pam.
  3. Place fish in the pan. Mix the melted butter and lemon juice together and pour over the fish.
  4. Place pan in the oven and cook until the fish is flaky. This should take about 15-20 minutes and the fish temperature should be 150°F. Plate the fish and spoon the butter/lemon sauce over the fish. Add your sides and enjoy. For this dish I included asparagus with sriracha hollandaise sauce and rice.
