- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking pan with non-stick foil and spray with Pam.
- Place fish in the pan. Mix the melted butter and lemon juice together and pour over the fish.
- Place pan in the oven and cook until the fish is flaky. This should take about 15-20 minutes and the fish temperature should be 150°F. Plate the fish and spoon the butter/lemon sauce over the fish. Add your sides and enjoy. For this dish I included asparagus with sriracha hollandaise sauce and rice.
